Currently the Chinese have clear, potentially unassailable, leads in Renewable Energy (over 2,000 GW capacity at 33% globally), 5G (4,000 5G base stations at over 60%), Rare Earth Elements (over 80%), EVs (over 60%), Drones (over 70%), Smart Cities (Xiong-an New Area 100% digital infrastructure), and High-Speed Rail (48,000 km track length and around 70% globally).
 
The Chinese are beginning to push the frontier innovative envelope in AI (palm payment), Autonomous Vehicles (driverless robotaxi services), and Robotics (Humanoid Olympic Games) as well as fast developing serious competition in Quantum Computing, Blockchain, 3D Printing, and Virtual/Augmented Reality.
 
The Chinese are establishing technological primacy from DJI to BYD and each leader is being pushed from hundreds more such as Ehang and Xpeng.
 
Currently BYD cars are rampant on the roads of the UK and Xpeng factories are being established across Europe, DJI drones are being flown around America, TikTok (Bytedance) is more popular than YouTube or Instagram, and Haier is beginning to dominate the supply of smart home appliances in the West.
 
Alibaba, Huawei, Unitree Robotics, Xiaomi and many more are building out the Digital Silk Road across the rest of the world while FIFA World Cup referees were even using Chinese AI technology (Lenovo and Hisense) for VAR in US stadiums.
 
What is Made in America? Made in China meant around 80% domestic market share in crucial Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies by 2025 to then Go Global along the Digital Silk Road.
